I was born and raised in Germany by an immigrant Family from Turkey. My parents were trying to integrate in a culture they knew very little about and our dominant force in our household was without any questions asked my Grandma. My Grandma was an interesting woman. To this day I think she was the most ambitious woman I have ever met in my Life. Me on the other hand was the little entertaining girl to cover up all of my unseen needs. It took me a while to see the truth behind my childhood since in our Family it was all about covering things up and not communicating them and pretending that everybody and everything is ok. So this is what I did. I was born as a kinesthetic and sensitive kid who was passionate to move her body and dive into philosophical questions about Life. My Parents on the other hand had other plans for me and goals that I felt always very uncomfortable with because they never really fit me. They did that in the name of Love as many of our parents do however it made me deeply go on the hunt to discover all of my parts that are truly ME! It was an internal search I always knew if I find Home within me I will be forever ok wherever I go and who ever I am with. I knew always that is what I had to do which I truly believe is deeply connected with my Purpose in this Life.

I am creating this Digital Platform with the intention to leave a legacy to everybody who ever felt stuck in their own mind, body and soul because I know that crucial pain of being captive in a body and mind that is not yours! I want to give you hope, a way out, and start doing the work to liberation. I want to tell you my Version of the Story and how I overcame my fears and found my Home within. My promise to you is that I will put my heart and soul to everything I put out here. This Program will be not for everybody and I do not expect that, it will be for the one who has the courage to look inside! There is a way out and you are not alone. If you are reading this, it means you already created the awareness which is the first step. Are you ready? I will see you on the other side!
