What does it mean to Do the Work and Live your best Life?
It took me over 26 years of soul searching, therapy, education, and inner resilience to understand my own personal growth journey and connect to myself. I put everything into creating this comprehensive program with the intention that will help you transform your personal growth journey as well.
This Healed Foundation Program takes you on a journey through self-exploration and clarity to initiating actions and managing behaviors that will help you transform your best Version.
Mindfulness practices are great, but many are not telling us why we get lost in the first place and how we can start doing the work and create a better version of ourselves. They take only into consideration one type of person. We need a self-discovery process that honor the uniqueness and individuality we all bring to the world.
This was my main driver to create a program that works for everyone!

HEALTH QUESTIOANNIERE CHECK IN TEMPLATE
Being clear about your current state of well-being will allow a first check in and self-awareness practice to evaluate your mental and physical health. Knowing your current state will give you a release almost instantly, acceptance will unleash the power of taking action. We will go through the second part together in our Coaching session after you walked yourself through the Program in your own time.
POWER OF HABITS WORKSHOP
Exploring what a Habit is and why it’s essential to create healthy Habits for our mind and bodies. The famous Habit loop will be also explained where you can understand the process of Habits Formation inspired by James Clear Atomic Habits Book. Real Life examples and practical exercises will round it up for you and you will be able to translate this directly into your day-to-day Life. The four laws of Habit creation and how we can break a bad habit will conclude this Workshop.
You will also hear my own personal transformation story and I give you examples directly from my Life, how I created Habits and what I do everyday to practice and stay consistent.
SELF DISCOVERY TRAINING
Develop a tailored Identity Self exploration strategy that outlines your values-based and purpose-driven short-term and long-term personal growth goals. This is unique to you and complements your personality and energy. It explains the secret ingredient in our journeys. Habits Formation is great but how can we be consistent with our practices? This Training gives you insights about a phenomenon that without fail every spiritual teacher and self-development book is talking about.
It explains the Correlation between Habit and Identity. I created a Continuum step by step Guide that walks you through this phenomena in a simple and structured way.
TOOL BOX
This section will allow you to take action with tangible tools, giving you 3 things to do, to initiate your self-development journey without overwhelming you. Meditation, Journaling, and affirmations are tools that build the foundation in educating your mind (meditation) and creating awareness (journaling) and finally rewire and decode your belief system (affirmations), so you can take control of your own healing journey.
1:1 COACHING SESSION FOR 90 MINUTES
The final phase will empower you to continue your self-development journey. An extensive session with me where we will reflect on the Program and customize and create an Action plan for you with timelines. Every journey is unique, and we face different challenges. This Coaching session will allow you to make decisions about your Life by developing new habits and sustainable strategies for personal growth and evidently professional growth.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE OF WORKOUTS
This is a great start to create the Habit of Movement. You can find here a full week of Workouts that are short, sweet, and efficient. It will make you show up on your mat every day. Monday till Friday. I encourage you to do these parallel to your self-paced Foundation program.
